The space
Villa Oli (formerly known as Villa Markandoni) is built in the traditional Kefalonian natural stone style, creating an idyllic setting for your Greek escape. Here is an overview of the 109 m2 house and the 2.000 m2 garden:

Our guests can make use of all the spaces mentioned above. Villa Oli is exclusively available to our guests. The villa has its own entrance, private garden, private swimming pool, and private parking.

Other things to note
Climate Resilience Tax

To comply with Greek short-term rental regulations, we take care of remitting the climate resilience tax on your behalf. This tax has been introduced by the Greek government to support sustainability and infrastructure development across the country.

The tax is already included in your total price (you won’t see it listed separately), and we will handle the payment directly to the authorities.

To complete the process, we kindly ask for the passport number of the main guest after booking.
