Privacy guaranteed yet 5 mins from the quaint town of Llandeilo with its independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to castles, walking trails and the Welsh Coast. Seven bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, multiple additional lounge areas. Space for limousines and horses. Special requests can be met.

The space
Very spacious L-shaped detached building consisting of two parts with separate entrances. Contains 7 bedrooms and 4 baths.

The former farmhouse consists of a very large kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and double fridge freezer, a large separate open plan seating / dining area with wood burner. Downstairs toilet, utility room, and shower room.

Open stair case to upstairs, leading to four bedrooms (1 ensuite) and one bathroom. 1 Superking ensuite, 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin. Please note all bedrooms have sloped ceilings.

2 Enclosed gardens with patio and garden furniture, plus private access to 35 acres of land in the Brecon Beacons.
