It nestles in a beautiful valley flanked by trees and hills and is the perfect place for a relaxing break. As you approach the property along the narrow country lane, be prepared to fall into the embrace of this peaceful and tranquil location. The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

Dairy Cottage-relax and unwind in the forest

Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Relaxing location - Lower Cresswell is a Georgian farm set in 36 acres of beautiful pastures, and ancient woodland, and home to Herdwick sheep, Pet pigs, goats, alpacas, chickens and waterfowl, with views stretching over the Carmarthenshire countryside. Our guests choose to stay because it is small friendly campsite and for the quiet environment. WE DO NOT allow amplified music at anytime and all guests need to be quiet after 10pm Check in from 15:00 -19:00. Checkout by 11:00

The Gambo

The Gambo is a traditional Shepherd's Hut with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing break. It has a king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, full size fridge, wood-burning stove and bathroom. There is a 2-seater snuggler settee to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the countryside and nearby coastline. Outside is a firepit, table, chairs and a Jacuzzi hot tub. The hut is a tranquil and peaceful place for you to relax, and forget about all the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enjoy our lovely hot tub with a glass of something cool and slowly unwind surrounded by nature. The Hut also has gated wooden steps leading down to a fully enclosed dog friendly paddock which is for your own private use . For the colder nights along with the underfloor heating our log burner will keep you toasty through the night.

Glamping Pod with beautiful rural views

A double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchen area equipped with fridge, hobs, toaster and microwave. Pod is located in a field on a working farm, where animals can be seen from the comfort of your bed. No tv as the peacefulness of the towy valley is enough. The river cothi runs through the field and offers beautiful walks. Portable DVD player and a selection of dvds available. Wood fired hot tub. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Cwmderi, a green valley.

Cwmderi is an old Welsh cottage at the heart of a working farm and with superb views of the Cynin valley. The cottage has been restored in an open-plan style to a very high standard in traditional ways using local materials, at its centre is a large wood stove. There are places for picnics on the farm and plenty of quiet walking routes around the area.
