Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hà Nam

This host was amazing, they went out of their way to help. Everything from private drivers to get around to offering push bikes and scooters to hire. The breakfast was great with lots of menu options. Great recommendations to visit local area. We would return without a second thought. Lovely family. We felt cared for and looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you ❤️

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!

I had a wonderful experience at the Atutu family apartment! The space is very private and quiet, especially I enjoyed the sauna and hot mineral bath area – the body is completely relaxed, the skin is smooth and the sleep is extremely deep. Tastefully decorated, clean, fragrant apartment. Around there are markets, supermarkets, eateries, coffee, spas and parks with many green trees, lakes, very convenient to explore and relax. The location is easy to get around. The building has a free gym with full equipment. All the building staff are friendly and polite. The host is responsive, helpful. I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

Great hosts ! Very quick and easy access, room was as described, got an extra duvet on request and the room was cleaned again when we gently asked if it would be possible to clean the shower again. There was cheap laundry service. Good to find, quiet location. Would come back again and again! Thanks Minh !

Very warm host, he greeted us at the gate and showed us to our rooms which felt very modern and clean. He was also very attentive, allowing us to store our luggage and even opening up a guest room after we checked out while we were waiting for a taxi because it was hot outside and he wanted us to have AC. Would highly recommend!
