Apartment 1 with yard and perfect location

This more than 100 years old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Spacious Room in Haapsalu

I am a Filipino expat who just relocated in Haapsalu. I got 2 Bedrooms and a large living room where it is possible to sleep as well. Pets are welcome. 65 inch TV in the living room w/ sound bar and 43inch TV inside one bedroom. Both are Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube Premium. Also I have a PS5 with 3 Games Please allow us to show Filipino brand of hospitality. Thank you! Please take note this is just a room and not the whole apartment, otherwise i need to sleep in the streets :( :( :(

Ruumikas ning valgusküllane Raunex Apartment asub Haapsalu äärelinnas, vaid 2,5 km kaugusel südalinnast! Korteris on avar elutuba, neli magamistuba, täisvarustuses köök ja 2 pesuruumi ning 2 wc-d. Lastele on olemas mängunurk. Lisaks on privaatne, eraldi maja taga hoovis asuv terrass koos grillimisvõimalusega (ei ole ühendatud korteriga). Lähim pood, koos pagarikojaga, on paari minuti kaugusel ja avatud juba hommikul kell 8. Majal turvaline suletud parkla ja sisehoov kus vankrit või jalgratast hoida. Kuuse 4 Apartament is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building (no elevator). The apartment is renovated with all amenities, has 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen and a living room. The 48m2 apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (Jura espresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, microwave oven, dishes, dishwasher, spices, coffee, tea, etc.), in the shower room there is a washer-dryer, towels and detergents.

Tiiker apartment

Our house is located in Haapsalu old town. Tiiker Apartment is on second floor of our house. Apartment has private entry. House is over 110 year old, but has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a big balcony in the apartement. Bedroom nr 1 has 120cm wide bed. Bedroom nr 2 can be twin (2x80cm) or double (160cm). Baby cot and extra bed is also avaiable if needed. Coffee and tea is included in price.

Kuuse 4 Apartment

Kuuse 4 Apartament is located near the Haapsalu city center, on the 2nd floor. The apartment is renovated with all amenities, has a bedroom, an open kitchen and a living room. The 38m2 apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (Jura espresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, microwave oven, dishes, dishwasher, spices, coffee, tea, etc.), in the shower room there is a washer-dryer, towels and detergents.

Tagasihoidlik peatuspaik

Selles rahulikus ja väga hea asukohaga kohas saad elada lihtsat elu. Korter ei ole mõeldud peopaigaks. Kasutada on köök koos kõige vajalikuga (ahi,pliit,külmkapp,veekeetja,kohvimasin), vannituba (dušh ja pesumasin), elutuba kahe diivaniga ( 2- ja 1-kohaline; olemas ka välivoodi). Korteril on rõdu õdusa istumisnurgaga.
