Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cosy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 fully renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not permitted.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower for an additional fee, you can relax and unwind

In a beautiful location in the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy cottage, suitable for 4 to 5 people. The cottage is located on a small-scale and quiet park. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find nature lovers and peace seekers here. At the park there are several amenities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg mountains and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Detached Guesthouse "Pleegste"

Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cozy porch with wood stove. You will look out over the meadows. With a private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room of 30 m² (heated by central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combi-microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. ) and a double box spring . The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. A BBQ is available for rent on site.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Our B&B is located in Oldebroek, centrally located on the nature-rich Veluwe with its many cycling routes and hiking trails. The Room Our B&B has all the comforts. A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Kampeerbungalow De Westlander

De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

Erve Mollinkwoner

Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a house with a guest house diagonally behind it. The guest house (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guest house, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 hectare in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a real play paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate upright annex at a no longer working farm. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he will stay inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. ( Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private Wi-Fi , private entrance and private terrace. There are four chickens and no rooster in the chickens.
