Wonderful stay! The pod is lovely, comfortable and there is everything one may need Excellent position, Lewis island is really beautiful and fascinating. The communication with Maryann was easy and it was nice finding home baked cakes and things for breakfast!

Tosh's Mangersta Pod is a very special place. Located on the west coast if the Lewis near Uig, it's hard to describe the beauty and wildness of this area. It's stunning, breath-taking and life-giving. Tosh has put a lot of care in the pod and you can feel it. It's cozy, has great amenities (the small kitchen is better outfitted then many kitchens of other air bnb's I've stayed in), and is in an unbeatable location. You are a 10 minute walk away from the sweeping Mangersta beach, and a 10-minute drive away from many other gorgeous beaches and places. Tosh and Jed are friendly and warm and treated us like neighbours and friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the magic of Lewis.

Stunning breathtaking view, very supportive and friendly host, very peaceful and cosy cabin, relatively close to town to grab dinner or shopping, nice area around to walk. We really enjoyed our time. We stayed in November, so at night heating was essential with efficient wood stove provided. However I found it quite a challenge to control temperature. Since you sleep at higher level where all hot air accumulates, it becomes very quickly very hot and no way to open a window to have fresh air and decrease temperature. Please note that I am not expert and not used to in using wood stove on daily basis so not a very big deal if you like warm nights especially it is better to feel warm than cold at night:) We would love to stay again some day.

Fantastic chalet, all amenities you could ask for and great hosts. Chalet was cosy and warm, even in a storm and suitable for any season! Perfect location for exploring the Isles. thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Kirsteen and Paul's place. The communication was great, it was easy to find and get in, and the hut itself was spotless and really thoughtfully set up - we appreciated the local info (especially where was open on a Sunday!) and extra touches like fresh milk. We didn't walk into Stornoway as it was raining all evening but it would have been an easy walk. I definitely recommend if you're in the area!

It's difficult to leave the views behind. Thoughtfully furnished and decorated for maximum comfort and enjoyment. Small but mighty! A great place for some peaceful solitude in the natural beauty of Harris.

We loved staying at this house - it had everything we needed and was beautifully presented. It was a short walk to the stone circle and a short drive to other amazing locations. Angie met us when we arrived and was always responsive for questions.
