This simple and cozy cottage is full of basic comforts and is centrally located on a beautiful nature campsite in the nature reserve Het Lutterzand. During the camping season, you are welcome to use all the facilities of the campsite. For children, there are fun activities, go-karts and bicycles. From the cottage you cycle/walk directly into nature. It is a beautiful base from which to discover the Twente landscape. Next to the property is a restaurant with a miniature golf course.

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Each house offers a free canoe. Discover the perfect oasis for your getaway on the banks of the Vechte!

The cottage is surrounded by other houses in the back of the vacation rental settlement, so peace is guaranteed. The equipment is upscale with some amenities such as sauna, bathtub and enough space to retreat. The garden is large, invites you to linger and with the existing grill nothing stands in the way of a BBQ. The surroundings can be explored by bicycle or on foot. In the garden of a large pond is available.

The large lake can be reached within a few minutes on foot and leaves nothing to be desired. There are no limits to a quiet walk or an exciting excursion. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The location of the house allows extensive bike / boat and shopping tours. The bicycles you bring with you can be parked and also charged in the bicycle shed. For rainy weather, take a bath in the hot tub or a sauna. In the relative vicinity there are good shopping facilities that can be processed in the full kitchen.
