Ms. Young-sook was a nurse in the Philippines for 36 years, and Mr. Armin was a self-employed architectural machinery materials entrepreneur from Mainz. They moved to the German village in August 2005, and all architectural materials and methods are authentic German, and Mr. Armin built Mainzer Haus himself. As a German stock bread expert, the wife bakes homemade bread such as Buroyen, and the husband, a smoked sausage and smoked sausage specialist, is widely known for his German health food culture.
