Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Hai Bà Trưng District

This is an amazing location. The air is much fresher here near the spacious green park. The view from the balcony is lovely and tranquil. Billy's mom and dad will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well cared for. There is everything that you could possibly need. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, laundry room with detergent, rooftop area for drying clothes. There are two sets of linens, so that you always have a set for the bed/bath while the other dries from washing. There are lots/frying pans, portable electric stovetop, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishware, & utensils. The refrigerator is in excellent condition. There's a fan and a multiple function air conditioner (cool, dehydration, heat). Whenever I have a "traveler's challenge" Billy's parents are very quick to help sort things out from SIM cards, to receipt of shipments from home, to just a delightful home cooked meal to cheer you up. Considering the current global crisis, covid-19, Billy's parents provided me with masks and keep me updated about government announcements. They have even been good sports about helping me make videos for my YouTube channel. Billy's dad drove us to a shopping mall and filmed the check-in process (temperature checks) to enter the mall/stores. Billy's mom has let me film clips of her delicious food (with room service!!) and I'm looking forward to filming her in the kitchen. They've been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe. Instead of returning to the USA, I've decided to finish my tourist visa. Vietnam is one of the safest places to be. I'm grateful to have already arrived in country and truly appreciate being here at Kiwihomevn.

The place had everything we needed and was actually more spacious than it looked in the photos—perfect for a group stay. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to the center, with a cozy coffee shop right downstairs and popular banh mi and pho spots just around the corner. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We almost got lost upon arrival, but the host quickly guided us and made check-in smooth. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Bon’s place is great. Located in a quiet area, the loft is spacious and clean. They’ve thoughtfully provided water and there’s large water, beer and art/postcards for purchase. The outside balcony area is a bonus, it’s lovely to sit and have a coffee. The location is in the quieter French Quarter, down a small alley, with shops and restaurants nearby. It is easily walkable to the Old Quarter, yet peacefully far enough away. It felt like a home and we’d happily stay again.

It’s a shame we stayed here only for one night. The place looks so cozy and clean, especially the patio is really nice. Regarding the amenities - during my whole trip in Vietnam I haven’t seen this much helpful things in a room (that usually are not included within acommodation), such as anti-noise earbuds, conditioner, sauces in fridge, dental floss etc. We really enjoyed every second of our stay and could not recommend more.

Everything was great! We will be happy to come back.

The actual basic and the same photos, 15 minutes walk from the lake, there are two coffee shops in the community, which is suitable for a slow living state.

Had a great stay at this place, exactly looked like the photos on the listing. The owner was very responsive, she even let our group checked in early which we appreciate so much and recommended us places to go to. Thanks again Miracle for letting us stay at your place even for a short while, the transpo you suggested really helped us not to stressed about getting grab for such a big group like us, thanks to you we made it at the airport on time. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay in Hanoi with a family or a big group of people.
