Holiday rentals with lake access in Hải Châu District

The pool was tidy, and everything was really nice, but it was very noisy whether it was constructed in front of the house and started construction at 5 am. There were too many mosquitoes, but the host brought mosquito repellent, so I used it well!! The host was also very kind and I had a fun family trip!!

I literally went on a luxury family trip haha The view of the river was picturesque, and the interior was very luxurious like a new house. It was also snowy. It was a three-story structure, and it was a 4-bedroom, so it was very comfortable with privacy without having to blush with each other. The pool was also scary and clean, so I came to play in the water with my son and nephews. Above all, the pickup car is also luxurious, and the host also recognized all the tours, so it's the best because you feel like you're being treated like a full course.... There was nothing missing from Dyson Drying, kitchen utensils, bidets, etc., and it was the best because they lent us children's items.If you have children and are thinking of a family trip, please make a reservation unconditionally....

There's nothing wrong with any part of the accommodation. The kids loved the private pool too. The host also contacted me frequently through messages, and I felt that the feedback was very quick and that he was paying a lot of attention. I'm very satisfied, and if I visit Da Nang again next time, I think I'll choose Justin's place.

Absolutely wonderful hosts who did everything to accommodate our needs. The karaoke room is an absolute blast and the elevator made it very easy to travel between the floors. The true highlight was the responsiveness and service we received.

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

The host is very quick to respond and he is very friendly and very eager to solve everything you need I try to keep communicating and I am a very, very best host But the house is a little messy. Other than that, it's a very nice house to stay as a very satisfied family. The shower water was clean. The filter didn't get dirty at all. I stayed for 4 nights, but it was just three. The water is clean, so you don't have to worry.

Carol is very responsive and friendly. I had some issues and had to cancel my first night and Carol was so nice to give me a full refund for that night. The unit has good wifi so it was easy for me to finish up my work while on vacation. It is so close to the Dragon Bridge, around 3 minutes away by foot! A famous night market is less than a minute away! The area may get a little noisy, so light sleepers should bring ear plugs. The best money changer is also a minute away. Just head toward the shop with the most locals and tourists!

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
