The apartment is on the ground floor of Dar Dalya, you go up the exposed concrete stairs between the flower beds and plants, enter the apartment and are greeted by an open space of a living room and kitchen with potted plants in every corner, in the ceiling we restored the original plaster of the house, the stalactite cave style was a hit in the 70s but don't worry we gave it a little modern touch, a spacious bedroom with large openings that bring in soft and pleasant light, this apartment has an adjacent parking space and it is only yours, a spacious bathroom, with a large window that brings in daylight, you will enjoy a good night's sleep on the luxurious mattress, see you in the morning and wake up to the aromas of coffee.

Private room in Haifa's heart

Sunny one and a half room near Bahai's Gardens. Entrance level -only 10steps. Public transportation: underground and buses- 3 min. walking distance. Three single beds +sitting area for work and relax. In old Haifa where my place is situated there are a lot of stairs that connect streets and instead of waiting a bus you could use stairs. For those guests that don't like to walk by stairs my place isnt suite. Contact me in Hebrew, English or Russian.

My home is a very spiritual home, with great energy. It is placed in Ramat Yishay- in Yizrael Vally. the garden is green, relaxed and full of nature with a large private hot tube. I cook great local food and I invite you to enjoy the meals with me or on your own (please just let me know when you make the reservation, the price doesnt include meals). The house is 15 minutes walk from Kiryat-Motskin & Kiryat-Haim train stations. The house is close to (300 meter) from Haifa bay . You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood is 5 min walk from the beach, the light, the kitchen, the garden. My place is good for families (with kids).
