Welcome to Kan Minka Kanade🌱 Although it is a travel destination, you will be greeted with a sense of security, as if you had returned to a relative's home. We moved from Hokkaido to Noto four years ago. This is a private lodging accommodation where the owner lives, where you can experience local life, meet people, and enjoy the slow passage of time. Gathering around the irori, gazing at the rice fields, or having fun with board games. You can enjoy not only sightseeing in Noto, but also the experience of "travelling as if you were living there". A 150-year-old traditional house built in the first year of the Meiji era was renovated in 2022.The entire area around the bath has been replaced, and the kitchen and living room are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.The irori (traditional Japanese hearth) that was buried under the floor has been restored, preserving the good old days. The rooms are developed in 2 Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats on the first floor and one Western-style room with 8 tatami mats on the second floor.Basically, it is not a shared room.Two Japanese-style rooms are next to each other, so you can use them as a group.Japanese-style rooms are a priority for large groups. Western-style rooms are separated, so you don't have to worry about the noise.The stairs are steep, so guests with weak feet will be guided to the Japanese-style room on the first floor. We are renovating an ordinary house in Noto. There is a rocky sea just a 1-minute walk away. Walk about 10 minutes down the promenade and you'll find Japan's oldest existing wooden lighthouse. The natural scenery you can see when you walk there is beautiful. It's a house outside the town, so you don't have to worry about the noise. Listen to your favorite music or immerse yourself in a good book. You can hear the sound of waves, birds chirping, and insects buzzing. Sometimes you can hear the sound of cars passing by. There are stray cats here and there. Sometimes you can see raccoons, chipmunks, foxes, and rabbits. Convenience stores and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. There are no shops nearby. Internet is available via Wi-Fi. There is one unit bath (shared). There is one washing machine in the dressing room (shared). There is one fridge in the lobby (shared). There is one TV in each room (terrestrial broadcasting). We have newly installed a kitchenette (shared). We have a conversation room (shared). Linens are now antibacterial. There are two sections: the second floor of the main building (2 beds x 4 rooms) and the annex (2 beds x 3 rooms). Rooms are allocated according to the situation. The upstairs terrace offers seasonal sunsets over the Sea of Japan. On clear days, you can see the Hakusan and Tateyama mountain ranges. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea. How about taking a leisurely stroll on the beach with your pet? Enjoy a BBQ with family and friends while watching the sea from the terrace on the ground floor. (There is a separate BBQ grill usage fee of 5,000 yen) There are 4 golf courses within a 10-30 minute drive from the house. The golf course is close, so you can plan to play 2 rounds in one night.

The tatami living room has a sofa, a table, and you can use the 40-inch TV. The car park can accommodate up to three vehicles, and there is also an indoor car park, making it ideal for parking motorbikes. Please confirm that we have a separate price for stays of one month or longer.We will discuss the frequency of cleaning and the replenishment of supplies separately. Surrounded by the nature of the Noto area, it's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto (about 1 hour by car which is recommended) making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the tatami room or the cozy open space. The bath, made of hinoki (Japanese cypress) When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The house is also very close to the ocean.

ようこそ、古民家 奏へ🌱 旅行先でありながら、まるで親戚の家へ帰ってきたような安心感でお出迎えします。 私たちは北海道から能登へ4年前に移住してきました。 ここは地域の暮らしを感じ、人と出会い、ゆっくり時間が流れる家主居住型民泊宿です。 囲炉裏を囲んだり、田んぼを眺めたり、ボードゲームで盛り上がったり。 能登を観光するだけではなく、『暮らすように旅する』体験を楽しんでいただけます。 明治元年に建築された築150年の古民家を2022年にリノベーションしました。水周りは全面取り替えておりキッチンと居間には床暖房完備のため快適にお過ごし頂けます。床下に埋まっていた囲炉裏は復活させ古き良きを残した作りとなっております。 客室は1階8畳和室×2部屋と2階8畳洋室×1部屋で展開しております。基本的に相部屋になることはありません。和室2部屋は隣り合わせのため、1団体で使っていただきます。和室は大人数優先です。 洋室は離れにあるため物音が気にならない個室です。階段が急になっていますので、足が弱いお客様は1階和室にご案内します。 人数はお気軽にご相談下さい。
