My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

This suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with a kitchenette with simple cooking. The room is equipped with air conditioning, HD TV, a guest-only refrigerator and free fiber optic WiFi. There is a large number of free parking spaces on the roadside.Brand new bedding, washed after each guest's departure to ensure that the room is clean and tidy, we also have milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruits as breakfast for the first three days of stay.The laundry room is on the owner's side and we are open when needed.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located studio. A 10 minute walk to the iconic Howick Village, with its many eateries and lovely bars you are spoilt for choice. A 5 minute walk to Owairoa Primary School. Howick Beach is only a 5 minute drive and bus stops near by, its also an easy ferry ride in to central Auckland City. Enjoy a BBQ on you own private deck in the evening sun. We'll say hello if we pass on the drive otherwise we'll leave you alone, unless you need something of course.

We are a busy family of 5 with a large friendly black Labrador and cat and we live upstairs. Shared outdoor area. We are looking for guests who don’t mind families and love animals. As the downstairs is part of our home noise does travel and this is reflected in the discounted rate for the space.

We are located in East Auckland, 20 km from Auckland's CBD and 21 km from Auckland Airport. Our studio flat is at the rear of our house in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to Lloyd Elsmore Park. We offer a monthly discount (see below). The flat was recently renovated and refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer, queen-size bed, heat pump and home ventilation system. It is warm, dry and bright, with windows on 3 sides.
