Κατασκευασμένο κυρίως από ξύλο και πέτρα, αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας,σαλόνι,μπάνιο και τραπεζαρία και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο στο οποίο κατεβαίνεις με σκαλιά. Ο καναπές της σαλοκουζίνας μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι.Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Μεσσημέρι και στην πίσω αυλή του συγροτήματος κατοικιών Villa Joanna.Nοικιάζεται συνήθως ως συμπληρωματικός χώρος της villas για μεγάλα group αλλά και αυτόνομα. Πλησιέστερη παραλία στα 8 χιλιόμετρα. 12 χιλιομετρα από την Νέα Καλλικράτεια.

The picturesque harbor of Ormos Panagias is only 300 meters away and the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos is a 5-minute drive away. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hair dryer, WiFi, 32" TV, WC, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony, garden. There is a pet fee.
