Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Lovely 4.5 km running trail around Björsund, see the guidebook. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Best combo for peace & quiet and activities!

Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking 18th century mill. Well-equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Large terrace, 2 grills. Small soccer field with 2 goals. Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 pers. Wifi. Two TV corners. The wing building from 1812 has been carefully restored to reflect the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 square meters are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern amenities. Access is available to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. A new Villa Sanda. This house is located high overlooking Lake Mälaren and the area's beach to which you have access. Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Large living room that is open to the kitchen with brilliant views towards the water. Absolutely the best option, most welcome.

A relatively new (Summer 2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.
