Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Sleep under a bright starry sky and wake up to the chirping of the birds. In the northeast of the Achterhoek, as part of our farmhouse, we have converted an old barn into a comfortable guesthouse. The cottage is in a large garden surrounded by fruit trees. Walking routes, including a clog path, start directly from your accommodation. Various cycling hubs can be found just a stone's throw away. The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.

Come and enjoy peace and space in Ruurlo. In our yard there is a cozy and fully furnished guest house with a living/bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for 2 people. A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
