Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. You can put together your own breakfast from fresh products directly on site. The products are optionally available and not included in the price. From May 2025, there is a sauna in the garden as well as a hot tub with wonderful views of the mountains. Sun loungers and seating invite you to linger in the garden.

The cabin is fully equipped, with all necessary items and more. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening at sunset. The swimming pool and spa area can also be used by you free of charge. There is a roll service at the reception. I.e.: Order the rolls etc. by 5 pm the day before at the reception; pick up the rolls from 8 am the following day also on Sunday). Ü11 = Überfuhrstraße 11. The apartment was renovated in 2020. It is located in a two-family house in a quiet settlement. It is accessed via a private entrance with 5 steps. It consists of two rooms, anteroom, separate bathroom and toilet. A king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with pull-out couch, Wi-Fi and a small TV in the kitchen will help you feel comfortable. Free parking and a bicycle await you.
