Just 75 metres from the sea is this cosy, newly renovated cottage with a sleeping loft and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) and a dining area. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage is 32 sqm on the ground floor and about 20 sqm in the loft. Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast. Non-smoking Outside, there is a veranda deck with a dining area and a storage room with a barbecue and toys. Walking distance to golf course, padel, campsite, mini golf, restaurants, kiosks and bus stop.

Here you live in the countryside in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and conduct business/work. Here on the farm there are cats, dogs, chickens, and Icelandic horses. We value the privacy of our animals and hope that you as a guest will also show respect for the animals on the farm. Feel free to greet the horses, but it is not allowed to feed them or be in their pastures or in the stable. The chickens are sensitive individuals that can become very stressed and scared if you run after them.

In the immediate area there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafes. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach 1.5 miles to Falkenberg 25 km to Halmstad 4.5 miles to Ullared A place to stay for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are available, but cleaning is done by the guests. No smoking inside!

Welcome to a cosy cottage with a garden in the heart of Söndrum, Halmstad! Proximity to both salty baths and city life. A stone's throw from the plot there is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. A couple of hundred meters in the other direction is the sea, beach and hiking trail. The bus service makes it easy to get around the whole town. There's a bus stop right outside. Towels and sheets, wi-fi, TV channels and cleaning are included in the price.

Wonderful red little cottage with a fantastic location on the East Beach. Newly renovated and with everything you need for wonderful days at the beach. Upstairs, there is a sleeping loft with a double bed and a 140-cm wide bed. (It is worth knowing that there is no standing height in the loft and that the stairs up are quite steep.) In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for two. A single bed (90 cm) is available in a smaller single room.
