Spacious villa in northern Mellbystrand

Spacious villa of 150m2, 1,5 level. With two private bedrooms as well as a sofa bed, there is room for at least 6 adults. The toilet upstairs has a bathtub and on the downstairs there is a shower and a sauna. Laundry room is available with washer and dryer. In the living room upstairs, there is a home theater system with a projector for days. In the bedroom upstairs there is a TV. WIFI is included and 100/10. Private and secluded back where you can hear the sea and barbecue in peace and quiet. 600m down to the sea, there is nothing you need more than max 1.5km away!

Separate apartment in larger villa. Bedrooms, living room, toilet/shower, kitchen and entrance area. If desired, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The property is centrally located with walking distance to both the train station and the city center. Cycling distance to the sea. Shot to and from the accommodation in connection with arrival/check-out can in most cases be arranged at no cost. Huge garden, trampolines and, swings, football goals and other nice things for kids. Crib, high chair and toys are arranged if needed.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar. From November 1, 2025, we will only accept 4 guests.

Welcome to rent our nice house! Centrally situated in the quiet villa area of Furet. Cycling distance to both sea and city center. Five separate bedrooms over three floors as well as open spaces on each floor. 8 beds, extra sofa bed for two and baby bed. Newly renovated with most amenities, Wi-Fi, etc. Extra bikes if needed. The final cleaning is done by the tenant. 10 min bike path to college/beach/city center/train. Airport/Tylösand 15 minutes by car. Bus/grocery store about 300 meters. Please, Malin&Lucas

Bring the family and friends to the village Ängalag, between Båstad (8 km) and Torekov (4 km). Here you stay in a guesthouse, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area there are many beautiful excursions, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hov's halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, the house of 80m2 has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as plot boundary. It has a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only a single bed in the bedroom upstairs. NEW 2024! Two Standup padel! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for lending! Bikes are included and there are different walking paths in the near. It is about 3.5km from the ocean and 9km to the center of Falkenberg.

Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Nice house with garden

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 2 single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but there are open rooms. The house is on our land. about 10 meters from our home but has its own terrace and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get into Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
