It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) and dining area. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage is 32 sqm downstairs and about 20 sqm in the loft. Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast. Non-smoking Outside, there is a patio deck with dining area and storage with barbecue and toys. Walking distance to golf course, paddle tennis, camping, mini golf, restaurants, kiosks and bus stop.

A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Welcome to compact living near Tylösand beach and a stone's throw from the Möllegård nature reserve. There is a double bed, as well as a sleeping loft with a 90 cm mattress and a 120 cm mattress. The terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue will be available and bicycles are available to borrow but only during the summer. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 200. Bed linens and towels are included. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling and is best suited for children. During weeks 28-32 minimum 2 nights.

The sea is constantly present and glimpses between the pine trees . On the dead end street with a path leading down to the sea and salty dips, it is difficult not to enjoy. Attefallsstugan is modern and cozy, furnished with 3-4 beds. The greenhouse on the property may be shared with other guests as some periods rent the large cabin.
