If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Shepherds Retreat - Hot Tub Farm Stay!

The Shepherds Retreat is a luxury shepherds hut in East Yorkshire, set in a 13 acre field surrounded by the resident flock of sheep at our family farm. The hut is a self contained hideaway with fitted kitchen, dining/lounge with log burner, bathroom and bedroom. Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

Perfect for a romantic getaway. Detached modern, spacious, open plan bungalow, boasting a King Size bed. Stargaze over the sea or take a walk or picnic on the beach. Sea views from all of the windows as far as the eyes can see. One mile from the centre of Hornsea, a beautiful seaside town, where you can access an array of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and Hornsea Mere. One and a half miles to Hornsea Freeport. A perfect base for exploring East Coast towns; Bridlington and Scarborough etc.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
