Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hamblen County

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I’m originally from the area and there is no place like this one nearby. The pictures truly do not do it justice as it’s even better and bigger in person. The furnishings are all new and you can immediately notice that Stephanie cares about the place and wants her guests to feel relaxed and at home. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie, and her husband, in the local restaurants and they are both wonderful people working to help revitalize this historic downtown area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and I can’t wait to stay again when I come in to visit again.

I really enjoyed this place! Shawn was very responsive and the space was very thoughtfully set up to make you feel at home. This place was completely stocked with towels, tp and tons of extras like snacks, coffee, espresso, bottled water, soda, and most importantly the Gelato! absolutely delicious and graciously waiting in the freezer for you to enjoy.

Excellent. I either mixed this place up with another or thought it was 2 bedroom with an upstairs. Had 3 bdrms DnStairs, A/C was great. Upstairs had full bath and 2 sofas that could have each slept someone. Everything was great! Very clean, Would stay again if I am there for work!

We tried to book another unit, this unit was available last minute. The price was a tiny bit more then the 1st unit but we were totally happy. This was actually more affordable than many other units we looked at. The place was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Zero complaints !

My family of four was very comfortable here. It was exactly what we needed as we had booked a fishing charter on Lake Cherokee. The immediate neighborhood was a little rough looking but once inside the house all you could see is the beautiful views of nature behind this home making it feel private and tranquil. The amenities here were far more than what you can get at a hotel for the same price, we definitely would book again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is incredibly beautiful and has anything you could possibly want and more. Everything is impeccably clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Amazing views of horses, cows, nature and mountains. Perfect place to relax and we are so glad we stayed. We had a wonderful visit and the hosts were so gracious and kind!

In terms of Value, Lauren’s house is worth it. In my personal opinion and experience, AIRBNB fees have driven me away. Lauren’s is an exception because it’s a GREAT property but ALSO located close to our son and his family! For those reasons we’ll be back! Thank you Lauren for all that you do!

We loved the view and farm atmosphere.

Our stay was very comfortable. The view was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped. All TVs were in working order. The pool table was great fun for the kids. We really enjoyed our visit.

This is our 3rd trip here. Always recommend staying here! It’s absolutely perfect.

Great views from the back of the house, overlooking the valley below, yet still just minutes away from restaurants and stores.

We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

Very clean and nice space. Just as the pictures showed. The communication with Victoria was top notch and she was always very helpful!!! Loved the extra touches like the Christmas tree and decorated for Christmas. Was an amazing place to stay and definitely would stay here again.
