The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. The family has lived here since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origin has been taken care of with great care. There are two houses for rent in different combinations. The houses are tastefully decorated with a high standard and are located on the shore with their own jetty and boathouse. There is a sauna for rent for SEK 500.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Main cabin with three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a 120 cm bed and one room with a bunk bed. Large kitchen with both gas, induction and coffee machine. Fireplace. Simple guest house with four beds and kitchenette. Lovely large patio by the pool and below. Plenty of summer games - SUP, kubb, badminton etc. Pets are allowed.
