The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy About Cleanliness, My wife and I spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned using the dishwasher. 5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.
