Deveci Konağı is a spacious and comfortable three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air-conditioning units, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a cot for families with children.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
