In our uniquely designed stone house, which is centrally located, you will experience village life while enjoying the advantage of being 10 minutes away from the city and its amenities. Our house, which consists of 2 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen, is a stone villa with a front porch and a rear seating area. It has a private car park. The house has a 200 m2 garden on three sides. It is 300 m from the E-5 motorway. The house is heated by a heat pump. Air conditioning is available. It is close to the Fabrikalar area. All kitchen and bathroom supplies are available. Registration information: 39-25
