It is a large, airy and very stylish 2 room apartment with all the rooms facing a wonderful private yard giving you a nice view to look at and great privacy. The apartment can easily and very comfortably host 2 guests. The area is one of the popular places in Stockholm with a great variaty of restaurants, bars, cafees and shops.

There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.

The flat is rented: *Last week in February (CAT ) 8 nights *Easter week (CAT ) 8 nights *Summer about 45 days (no cat) *Halloween week Sat-Sun 8 nights (CAT ) *Christmas week (CAT ) 17 nights So you just need to feed the cat and clean its toilet.
