Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. House in Höga Kusten

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You have the whole house and plot to yourself. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open all year round. This is included in the rent, so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja bathing area, which takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Wood for the fireplace is included in the rental rate. Final cleaning is included. Warm welcome!

Guesthouse by the sea

Small guest house by the sea, about 50-100 meters to the beach. Forest with nice walking paths outside the door. 4 beds of which 1 bedroom with 2 beds and an Ikea day bed for 2 people. Shower, toilet and kitchenette with 2 burners and fridge with freezer compartment as well as microwave and coffee maker. The accommodation has a TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, a porch with table and 6 chairs. There is also access to a charging box for you with an electric and hybrid car. 11 km (15 minutes by car) to Birsta shopping area, which is Sweden's fifth largest.

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Romantic cottage for 2 with CANOE and SAUNA

"Välkommen" in our small, cozy, recently renovated beach cottage with terrace! It is located directly on the west side of our lake, which reflects a different enchanting sunset every evening. You get to the entrance via the terrace. There is a double bed (1.40 m) with a small additional bed (see photo), a table with comfortable chairs in the room and garden furniture on the terrace. A panorama-sauna on the lake and canoes are available for our guests free of charge!

Willkommen in der Natur mitten am See, zwischen Bergen und Wäldern. Das Häuschen mit 65m2 befindet sich auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick auf den See und viel Garten. Der kleine Platz direkt am See lädt zum Abkühlen oder Grillen und Relaxen ein und steht zur privaten Verfügung. Der Skipiste befindet sich in Solleftea 25km. Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
