The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Your cozy hideaway

Slow down in this beautiful cabin with sauna at the edge of the forest – perfect for hiking, cycling or relaxing with a book. The cottage has its own kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, sauna and loft, with room for 4 (sofa bed + 2 mattresses). All sleeping places are in one room. The cottage is close to our living room, but has a private entrance. Firewood for about 1 hour of sauna is included, extra can be purchased. There's a water hose for bicycles. 500 m to forest and MTB track 7 km to grocery store 8 km to the local town of Haderslev 1 hour to airport/Legoland

Cosy, renovated basement floor, approx. 50 m² with its own entrance. Spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa bed that is 1.40 wide. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. There is free coffee/tea. You have your own large bathroom. Guests have access to an outdoor area with tables and chairs, and there is easy check-in via a key box. Location close to Haderslev city center and only 500 meters to the nearest shopping opportunity. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Access to a charging station for electric cars by appointment.

The house has an open kitchen and living room area with large window sections. 3 rooms with blackout curtains and insect nets. Loft sleeps 2. 1 toilet and 1 toilet/bath. Large well-furnished terrace and lovely enclosed garden with lawn. Electricity and water are charged separately. Electricity 3.80 DKK/kwh Water 75 DKK/M3. The tenant must bring their own bed linen, towels, dish towels and dish cloths.

Detached villa with large garden in Haderslev city. This accommodation has 7 beds, a large garden with a cosy outdoor environment and the possibility of parking on site both inside and outside. You get your own home with great spaciousness and all the necessary equipment included. There is only a 20-minute walk, via the trail system (1.5 km) to Haderslev's dam park and city centre, where you will find shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and bars. It is a 12-minute drive (10 km) to the E45 motorway.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 1st floor and about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and are not in bed. We'll share a toilet at night, but it's 100% yours.

Guesthouse 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill. Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The apartment is located in an independent property and the owner does not live in the property. You have all the opportunities to experience Haderslev from a perfect base.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
