The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

A large 3 bedroom flat with private garden on a quiet residential street next to Hampstead Heath and the buzzing cafes and restaurants of Swain’s Lane. This is our family home which we are renting whilst we travel with our daughter and mini dachshund Good transport connections via Gospel Oak overground (10 mins), Tufnell Park (13 mins) & Kentish Town Station (15 mins). Both the 88 and 214 bus routes depart from the end of the street. We can arrange street parking for an additional fee.

Some furniture is different from pix - eg there is a large sofa in the sitting room and the dining table and five chairs and a double sofa are in the conservatory.
