Start your morning with a coffee on the balcony with breathtaking view to lake Wolfgangsee and the surrounding mountains. Away from the crowds still closeby (12 min walk to the lake). Relax at the lake, walk in the forests, enjoy the fresh alpine air, bike along the valley, take the cable car or a train the mountain peaks.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

It is located in a natural setting with lots of greenery and plenty of opportunities for all kinds of exercise. The peace and quiet and the babbling of the nearby stream create a feeling of relaxation.

The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.
