For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & smart TV. Nice warm heat and cool AC. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

Relax on the many porches overlooking the pond, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! This home is a fully restored 1 story Federal house, which you will have full access to. It is located close to the Mark Twain Boyhood Home, and right off Broadway. The house comes furnished with seating, furniture, and 2 Roku televisions. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining room, living room, and a kitchen. The home has central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a beautiful clawfoot cast-iron tub with shower. There is off street parking.
