Everything inside is brand new, very clean. seperate entrance and private parking space, 5 min' walk to a supermarket. part view to the beach from the yard, 1 min from amazing desert wadi that watch the red sea. only 4 minutes by car from the north beach and 11 minutes from the south beach(beautiful reef). :)
