Private deck and lawn space, which is a mass of bluebells and daffodils in the spring. Lovely bed Linen and superb white towels by Dusk. Lovely rural walks within 2/300 yards. AIR CONDITIONING, double glazed, and oak flooring. A convenient CABIN and ideal 'reading' retreat. Smart 40-inch HD TV.

Handmade by ourselves this luxury glamping pod offers plenty of space to kick back and relax whether in the king size bed or the outdoor bath. En suite bathroom also contains a large double shower, and no need to worry about getting chilly in the winter with a wood burner for the ultimate cosy night in. Perfectly situated on our working farm just a 10 minute walk from the South West Coast Path on the stunning Jurassic coast near Sidmouth, offering ample opportunity for walking and sea swims.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

The apartment at Ashton is situated in a newly-converted barn, attached to a thatched c.15th farmhouse. Surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility, this is a wonderful place to stay within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, for you to enjoy during your stay. Here is our bright and modern double guest suite, accessed down a private path to your patio with table for two. A willow screen for privacy amongst our garden. Socialise if you wish or stay and hunker down. Help yourself to Home made granola, berries, and juice from the fridge. Organic tea and coffee. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront

Modern open planned newly refurbished property located within walking distance of Sidmouth Town. 2x spacious double bedrooms, 1x twin bedroom, family bathroom, and open plan kitchen / dining / lounge opening onto decked garden. No single sex groups or stags / hens. We live in a residential area, no noise after 10pm.
