Our forest cottage is beautifully located on the edge of the Veluwe forest. Both hiking and cycling and equestrian trails are within immediate reach. The cottage is simple and sustainable. It is suitable for a couple possibly with children (one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed). There is internet, TV, refrigerator, oven, etc. Heating with a heat pump, a green roof, electricity via solar panels, clay floor and walls. Your dog can walk freely on a fenced property of 6,000 meters. You can bring your horse.

Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.

Our vacation home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with many beautiful hiking, biking and fishing opportunities.
