This adorable lake house calls you to come play, relax, and re-charge. Located on a secondary waterfront lot on the south end of Black Lake, it boasts exceptional, unobstructed water and mountain views that draw you into a quiet place. The county boat dock is an easy one-minute walk down the road. The 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is perfect for walking or biking and has an access point only 1.5 miles from the cabin. The Coeur d'Alene River boat launches brings you right into Black Lake!

Welcome to your Arrow Point vacation home! Enjoy Rocky Mountain and Lake Coeur d'Alene views from the wrap-around deck, upper deck, and balcony. Main level includes a kitchen, living room, guest room, and laundry. Upstairs master has king bed, en-suite bath, and balcony. Cousins Cabin includes a small kitchenette, sleeping nook, and bath. Waterfront access via paved trail to boat house and lower deck with kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets. Dock holds 2 boats. Ideal for 4 adults, 6 kids.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Play on the beach, shop at our stores or have a meal and get some ice cream at the Creamery; so much to do. There's even live music in the park on weekends.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d'Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor.
