Welcome to our cozy apartment. It is a self-contained apartment (non-smoking) with a loggia (smoking room) and separate entrance, in a private single-family house with a beautiful garden. It is in a quiet residential area, parking is available. The apartment consists of a large, bright living room (with sleeping accommodation) with a fully equipped, open kitchen, adjoining loggia, a small bright bathroom and a bedroom.

Modern apartment near the Teutoburg Hunting School

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (about 15 minutes). Downtown Osnabrück is about a 15 - 20 minute walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts live in the same house and are available for questions.

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).
