The building is old, but the room you will stay in has been renovated. Good access, 10 minutes by express train from JR Nagoya station and 6 minutes on foot from Owari-Ichinomiya station. It takes about 50 minutes from Centrair to Meitetsu Ichinomiya Station without transferring by Meitetsu train. JR Gifu Station is also close, 10 minutes away, making it convenient to get around. The living room on the 1st floor is about 40 m² and the bedroom on the 2nd floor is about 65 m². I came to Gifu in 2018, I think it was it’s unpretentiousness that attracted me . The people here seem relaxed and easy going, hospitable and very much in love with their hometown which in the Gifu park area retains much of the (Kyoto like) feeling of traditional Japan with it’s castle and a host of well maintained shrines. I don't think many people have heard of Gifu, even Japanese people, inspite of the Great heritage sights like Shirakawago, beautiful mountains and clear water rivers!

"Moegi" is the name of a traditional Japanese color. It was named to wish for a "good start'' and "child's growth.'' There is a playroom of approximately 32 m² for children. Don't worry if you can't go sightseeing due to rain. There are also many sightseeing spots in the area, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
