The apartment is on the 1st floor with access to a small terrace from the kitchen. Large and spacious living room room and kitchen. The kitchen has a sofa group and the kitchen is used as a gathering point in everyday life, when we don't have a visit. We live on the second floor and have a Spanish water dog, so a bark and two will occur😊. There is only one house between Laurentze's house and the cinema. If you want to have a breakfast in the green, you can make yourself a coffee in the kitchen, and stroll two minutes away in the City Park and enjoy it on a green bench there.
