The apartment is on the 1st floor with access to a small terrace from the kitchen. Large and spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a sofa group and the kitchen is used as a meeting point in everyday life, when we do not have visitors. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves and have a Spanish water dog, so a bark or two will occur😊. Unique, small house from 1899 with room for five people. Modern, warm and comfortable, so we keep the comfort, but old enough to keep the charm. There is only one house between Laurentze's house and the cinema. If you want to have breakfast in the green, you can make yourself a coffee in the kitchen, and walk two minutes away in the City Park and enjoy it on a green bench there.
