Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access of the whole place and where there is hot tub outdoor, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cabin village close to Kvesarum Lake. Around the cottages you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10 minute walk through the forest you can come down to a lake with barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: this is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar. From November 1, 2025, we will only accept 4 guests.

Lake cottage with fireplace, patio & scenic surroundings

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is a newly built and completed year-end 2022/2023. Private access to Svanshalssjön. Fishing on the plot. Swim runs but bathing shoes are recommended (until we built a jetty). Otherwise, there is nearby very nice nature that is crossed by Skåneleden. By bike and car distance is Osby where there are both grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Äsperöd Smultron Lodge

We have built the lodge with the purpose to have place that solitude with nature. Place to relax from the busy world and get into the rhythm of the wild. Wild life and nature in the area is mesmerising with no dangerous animals (no bears or wolves). Additionally, we have lovely sheep grassing in the field next to the cabin. Lodge is located away from the main house and the road, what gives full privacy in peace and silence. It is equipped with everything necessary to welcome quests.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Backstugan

This is a place for you who appreciates walks in nature, calmness, simplicity and a bit of historical heritage. The house was originally built in the end of 1700 and has been restored and renovated bit by bit the last years by the current owner who is a carpenter. Spend your time in the garden making a campfire or a barbecue, listen to the birds sing, have a look at the stars above at night, discover the surrounding forests, animals or perhaps talk to a neighbor.

Stay close to the city

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Here you can quietly enjoy birdsong, animals and nature, fields and meadows. Greet the chickens in the farm's chicken coop and shop for fresh breakfast eggs and seasonal vegetables in the farm's shop. Nearby the farm, there is the possibility to hike in the northeast coast landscape, visit e.g. Wanås Castle, Hovdala Castle, Tykarpsgrottan. Here you can enjoy nature all year round!

Wildlife chalet on our farm

When you wake up, our fallow deer/chickens will greet you. We have a farm with 20 hectares. In the evening, there is communal feeding of the fallow deer herd. From mid-June, the fawns can be admired. The cottage was completely newly renovated in 2023/2024. It has a living room with a wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and high-quality bathroom. The sleeping area is located on an intermediate level with panoramic windows.
