Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. You can park the car at the house, and on request, and we will provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come and stay!

In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. Along the quay in the Harderhaven is this beautiful Houseboat. You are not allowed to sail this houseboat yourself, it is too large for that. The houseboat is ideal for relaxing. You can do that at the harbor, or we can sail your houseboat to Knarland, where you can enjoy yourself. Renting a sloop to be able to go back and forth to Harderwijk or Zeewolde is one of the possibilities and is of course the ultimate water feeling.
