The apartment is on the 1st floor with access to a small terrace from the kitchen. Large and spacious living room room and kitchen. The kitchen has a sofa group and the kitchen is used as a gathering point in everyday life, when we don't have a visit. We live on the second floor and have a Spanish water dog, so a bark and two will occur😊. From Mølstrevåg (2,5 km) the hiking trail starts to Ryvarden Kulturfyr. If you bike Nordsjøvegen between Stavanger and Bergen you pass our house.

Unique, small house from 1899 with room for five people. Modern, warm and comfortable, so we keep the comfort, but old enough to keep the charm. There is only one house between Laurentze's house and the cinema. If you want to have a breakfast in the green, you can make yourself a coffee in the kitchen, and stroll two minutes away in the City Park and enjoy it on a green bench there.
