Hagland Havhytter consists of 2 cabins and is located north of the city of Haugesund (15 minutes drive) on the west coast of Norway. The cabins are located about 100 meters apart. Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Treat yourself to a stay full of impressions and experiences with complete peace and quiet in a cabin with high comfort. Here you will find peace in body and mind.

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with the possibility of several activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater locks are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach at Notaflåt is centrally located and provides bathing opportunities on a nice summer day. Straumen school is also nearby. Here the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand, you will find the well-known Himakånå. "Straumen er Draumen"

The house is a farmhouse from 1907, it was completely renovated in 2019. The house is located in an open landscape surrounded by farms that run sheep, cows and horses. These surroundings create beautiful views from all around. On our farm we cultivate fruits and berries, and produce apple cider and aronia juice for sale. In addition, we have a small home bakery where we bake potato cakes. The house is located undisturbed in relation to both neighbors and the host family's home.

A wonderful two story apartment with first row view of the channel (Karmsundet) from the private balcony outside. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to Haugesund city centre. Micro cabin on the quay

The micro cabin was completed in August 2023. It is 17.6 square meters. In the living room there are 5 seats and a chest of drawers with storage. The sofa can be turned into a double bed. The sleeping area is in the loft. There you lie under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and sea views if the weather is good. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and shower.

Walking distance to most sports facilities in Haugesund (football pitches, gym, ice rink, curling, fitness center, climbing hall…) Hiking and exercise opportunities right in the neighborhood. The cottage is located in quiet surroundings and you're going to love our place because it's located right by the fjord. You can easily go fishing and hiking or just relax and enjoying the view. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
