We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Our waterfront accommodation is a great place to relax and unwind conveniently located overlooking the picturesque Putiki Bay. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset across the bay. The bay is a tidal and is a great spot for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming at high tide. With private waterfront views, the cottage is in with in easy reach of the islands beaches and local amenities, with the Ostend market and supermarket only 10 min walk.
