The exclusive ALOHA penthouse suite, measuring 112 m², offers you two separate bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet. A bathroom with shower on the hallway, as well as a separate toilet. In addition, the suite has a 30 m² gallery with another sleeping possibility for 2 persons. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals as well as a coffee machine including capsules. The highlight of the suite is the private sauna & the whirlpool in the outdoor area.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.
