Located near the Prairie des Filtres where a bucolic walk along the Garonne takes you to the historic city center in fifteen minutes, it is also close to the Toulouse Stadium, which you can reach on foot via the greenways and the Ramier Island. The tramway at the foot of the building goes directly to the airport.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

La Bergerie is an 80 m2 independent house that can sleep up to 4 guests. It is next door to the mansion and faces south on a 2ha meadow. An 8 m² terrace allows you to relax and take an outdoor meal, for example. The cottage borders the 2ha estate with bicentennial cedar, vegetable garden, fruit trees and it is very close to the Etang des Oiseaux on one side and by a marked path on the other.
