L'appartement est situe au 4em (avec ascenseur) d'une residence au coeur du village d'Aulus-les-bains. 5min a pieds des thermes, et des departs de randonnées. La station de Guzet-neige est a 15min en voiture (navette presente en hiver). La superette, l'office de tourisme et la médiathèque se trouvent aux pieds de l'immeuble.

The house is surrounded with wide wooded garden (2500m2) A secured parking lot (100m2) is accessible for the guest. The access is a private road, common with 3 other houses. Quiet cottage with garden by the Bay

Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.
