Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Our house is comfortable in space for our guests. It has three rooms with bathroom included where you will feel comfortable. We have a terrace where you can sunbathe in the afternoon and enjoy our elevated pool. The kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils. You can sit whenever you want on the balcony of the house where you can appreciate the poverty of Cuban society. The house is colonial due to its architecture. You will feel in the ideal space for your enjoyment!

Our home is located in Santa Fe, a charming coastal neighborhood in western Havana, just 30 minutes by car from Old Havana and close to Marina Hemingway. In our area, visitors often enjoy snorkeling and windsurfing. The house has three levels and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. It features a spacious terrace with small pool (2.20 x 1.10) and beautiful views of the ocean and unforgettable sunsets. Completely private for the guest.
