There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. A cosy, bright and airy apartment in a private cul-de-sac. 1 minute walk away 3 miles of golden sand awaits you. Ideal for surf lovers, walkers, runners, kayakers, artists, adventurers. Miles of dunes to explore. South-west Coastal path passes by. A huge RSPB estuary located at Copperhouse Pool. Artists enjoy St Ives Bay (here), for the air quality is very clean which combined with shallow waters and varying temperatures create an ephermeral beauty unique to this particular area.

Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.

The property is at the rear of a family home with off road parking and own private access. There are newly fitted double glazed french doors opening into an outside area with seats and small table allowing for alfresco dining. It is south facing so you enjoy the sunshine all day.

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. It’s got everything you need, a kitchen, dining area, shower room, and a super king-size bed that’s ridiculously comfy.
