Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. Enter the annexe via own entrance, off street parking, double bed and separate living area with a kitchenette (fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster), fold out dining table/workspace and storage. NO OVEN OR FREEZER IN ANNEXE WiFi and Sky TV Milk, tea & coffee provided on arrival. Great for exploring West Cornwall
